Why can't I get a schematic on my discontinued or obsolete product?

In the distant past and only in rare cases were these made available to the public. If the schematic was not published in the product manual (which you can find on our Discontinued Product Manuals landing page), then the answer is....

Schematics are part of Bird Technologies' intellectual properties and continues to hold value even after a product has been discontinued. Therefore, we do not share schematics.
