In the event that your device enters a perpetual "connecting" state, use the following steps to recover:
- Uninstall the SiteHawk app v1.58
- Delete the SiteHawk folder and all of its contents (any files saved will be destroyed so back them up to a memory stick)
- Install v1.58. Be sure to remove anything connected to the USB port. If the connecting message persists, turn the unit off, wait 10 seconds, turn the unit on.

If after following these step the unit still exhibits the same behavior, it may be necessary to send it to the Bird Service Center for repair.
