If your product is an older model, there is a good chance it may have been discontinued or obsoleted. You can confirm this by searching the items listed our Discontinued Products pages, both the manuals and software/firmware items.
In some instances, we may still have the parts available to service/repair your device. Unfortunately, we do not (typically) offer individual parts for the do-it-yourself individuals, but instead have a few repair kit options that may work in your case. Regardless, we strongly recommend that you have a qualified technician from our Bird Service Center (BSC) perform the work.
