What maintenance is required for the SiteHawk and FlightHawk?

For routine maintenance, clean the unit with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent and water. Do not use other cleaning solutions. The connector should be cleaned with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. The battery will operate for approximately 10 hours on a full charge and takes about 5 hours to recharge when the unit is powered off. If you need to return the unit for service, request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from the Bird Technologies website. All units returned for service must be shipped prepaid. The warranty for these products is 3 years from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified.
