How do I allow my markers to move independently in each of the trace displays I've allocated for my test?

The default state of the markers between trace views of a given channel is to be coupled, so when a marker moves in one trace display, it moves in the others as well. An example is shown below where Marker 1 for Trace 1 is moved from 433 MHz to 435.7 MHz and Marker 1 in Trace 2 does the same:

To change this, you will need to de-couple the markers. To do this...

  1. Use the function buttons to navigate to Markers->Marker Functions.
  2. Click on the "Couple" button to toggle the setting to "OFF".

This will now allow you to drag cursors in one trace view without affecting those in the other trace views.
