Are Bird Products UL Listed?

Our RF Loads, Attenuators, and other products are CE marked for compliance with applicable European directives, but they are not UL (Underwriters Laboratories) listed.

If UL certification is a requirement, Bird would need to treat the request as a special project with a third-party laboratory.

Considerations when asking to make Bird items UL listed/approved:

• A request such as this will need to be reviewed and it not guaranteed that Bird will move forward with it.
• Volume of products being requested for purchase would need to substantial enough for us to consider moving forward.
• A UL listing would require a specific quotation/cost for testing and certification. Because this falls outside of normal operating procedure, the cost would be passed on to the customer.
