How do I design a heat sink for my conduction load?

Some load products, such as the 500-CT series, allow for the user to choose their own heat sink to supply. Users have a couple options:

• Create your own heat sink
• Use a different Bird product with a built-in heat sink such as the 500-WT Series

This allows for customizability at the discretion of the user. We are unable to assist in the design of a custom heat sink.
