My SiteHawk shows "connecting" and will not get past this screen.

Sometimes there is a file that gets corrupted so one thing to try is to Uninstall the SiteHawk app, delete the SiteHawk folder and all of its contents, then re-install the SiteHawk app.  If you have saved files or screenshots you don't want to lose, then it is recommended to offload them to a memory stick for later use. 

If the .apk file is not on your SiteHawk, it will be on the memory stick that came with the unit.
