Placing Your Order

Bird's Service Center can calibrate and/or repair your Bird product with factory precision and care.

1. The first step is to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
2. After filling out your customer, product, and shipping information, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. 
3. After submitting the RMA form, a service center representative will contact you within 24 to 48 hours with an RMA number, estimated pricing and shipping instructions.
