Bird's Service Center can calibrate and/or repair your Bird product with factory precision and care.
- The first step is to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
- After submitting the RMA form, a service center representative will contact you within 24 hours with an RMA number, estimated pricing and shipping instructions.
Pricing for calibration and repairs are shown on the webpage in a downloadable excel document. This can help you to estimate the cost of your service.
