How to get a 5018 wideband sensor to work with VPM3 on a Windows 10 OS

Follow

This article pertains to the 5018 wideband sensors and NOT the 5018 B or D sensors.

After Windows 7 and ultimately Windows 10 was released, there was a change to the USB communications hardware.  The 5018 wideband sensors that do not end in B or D will need to have a hardware upgrade.  This requires the sensor to be sent to our service center.  An RMA request will need to be submitted and this can be completed by going to the following link:

Request RMA number

Once submitted the service center will contact you within 24 hours with shipping instructions and a cost estimate.
