Accuracy & error sources of 7020, 7027, 7028 sensors

Follow

When calibrating our precision sensors, there are various error sources that must be controlled and/or minimized. With Bird's proprietary calibration process, which is traceable to the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the following error sources are included in the error budget that comprises the overall accuracy specification of the sensor:

Error Sources
Frequency response of sensor
Dynamic linearity of sensor
Temperature
Noise
High Power Source Uncertainty
Calibration Process Uncertainty
