Bird's Service Center can calibrate and/or repair your Bird product with factory precision and care.

  1. The first step is to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
  2. After submitting the RMA form, a service center representative will contact you within 24 hours with an RMA number, estimated pricing and shipping instructions.
