How do I connect an AT-500 to a computer to transfer files?

1. You will need a USB to DB-9 serial adapter. These can be purchased online – there are lots of product available. Attached the adapter to the AT-500.
2. Next, make sure the correct port is selected.  Follow these steps:
3. Launch the AT-500 PC Tool Software
4. Click View
5. Click Options
6. Select General tab
7. Select Comm Port 

You should now be able to transfer your graphs from the AT-500 to a computer.
