If your SiteHawk is not calibrating, it could be due to a malfunction in the firmware. In order to fix this issue, it is recommended to reinstall the firmware. Follow the attached instructions to apply reinstall the unit's firmware, or update to the latest version. If the issue persists after instillation, please contact Bird support.
