The maximum safe level of input on the SignalHawk spectrum analyzers is 20 Vdc. Input power should not exceed +20dBm.
In cases where you would need to monitor a system that would exceed this limit, consider adding a simple DC block similar to what is shown below. Note that you may need to decide if the low-frequency roll-off can be tolerated or accounted for.
