How do I contact Bird?

Great question! Just as important: what do you want to contact Bird about? What sort of information are you looking for? 

On the main landing page of the Bird website, there is a "Contact" option, but even then it is important to know what type of information you are looking for so you can get to the right team:

  • For pricing, quotes, sales contacts in your specific region, and order status information, you can reach our sales team through the Contact Us page mentioned above, and scrolling to the form near the middle of the page, entering your information, then clicking the 'Submit' button. You can also reach them directly by email at sales@birdrf.com. If your are checking in on an order, be prepared to share your sales or purchase order number.
  • For repairs, RMA requests, warranty information, upgrades, or repair service questions in general, you can reach the Bird Service center through the Service Information landing page. You can also reach them directly by email at bsc@birdrf.com. If you are checking in on an order, be prepared to share your RMA number.
  • For technical support which may include getting help or information on your product, advice on selecting the right product for your application, general assistance and troubleshooting, you can reach our Applications Engineering Team by filing a support ticket at our Technical Support Portal landing page. 

Note that in any of the instances above it is important to start by providing as many details up front as possible.
